djayz
I was told this means "don't be nosy", but the context doesn't make sense. เผือก seems to mean white/albino เผือกควาย seems to be an insult meaning stupid person. So the phrase อย่าเผือก doesn't make sense to me. What does it mean?
carlyai
Just a guess but 'don't be nosy' is probably correct. Probable isn't but could be: Don't be a white vegetable? Tarot is a white vegetable, also looks like a nose.
katana
Usually it's อย่าเสือก - Don't be nosey! อย่าเผือก has the same meaning. Seems to be avoidence slang and a play on words to avoid the more vulgar เสือก.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cs2bg8x6S5shttps://hinative.com/ja/questions/13192032 Edited July 26, 2021 by katana 1
