A Finnish woman was killed in a car crash on the morning of August 9. The incident happened on National Road 3 in Toteung Tngay village, Boeung Touk commune, Teuk Chhou district.

 

Teuk Chhou District Traffic Police reported that the victim was named Freya Melissa, aged 24, from Prey Tnaot village, Kampong Kreng commune, Teuk Chhou district, Kampot.

 

The accident happened at 6:45 a.m. On August 9. Freya was driving on National Road no. 3 and a car was driving in the same direction. The victim was seen driving from the west and suddenly the car collided with her from behind and sped away. The motorcyclist died upon impact.

RIP. Driving is not safe in Asia. And on a mo-cy there's no protection.

oh dear ......  poor woman,  very sad and tragic,   she had her whole life ahead of her and some dirt bag ran into her from behind....   really sad for her and her family
