3 dead, almost 30 injured when 2 trucks collide

At least 3 people are reported to have died and around 30 people have been injured in a major smash last night when 2 trucks carrying workers collided head on.

 

The tragic accident happened 6.30pm yesterday, along National Road 41 in Samrong village, Trapeang Kong commune, Samrong Tong district, Kampong Speu province.

 

According to sources at the scene, one track was carrying bricks, while the other carried around 35 workers, returning home from their day’s work.
