Having some background in construction management I thought I might try to approach Raimon Land about job opportunities. But, are they primarily an investment company? Or do they have a construction arm and who runs the construction part of their operation?

I don't think Raimon Land does the construction themselves; have a look a tthe board on their website in their Annual report to confirm that. i suspect like most other property developers, they have some engineers and project managers on staff/contract, and use Ital Thai/etc to build their buildings.

Especially given the geographical dispersment of their developments, I doubt they could run one team.

Correct they farm it out, you might be better off trying people like Meinhardt, K Tech, Ritta, Ital Thai, Projects Asia, Christiani Neilsen and the like.
