Popular Post tezzaaa Posted January 19, 2022 Popular Post Share Posted January 19, 2022 Hi, Just bumbed into the article below, seems like a new visa has miraculously popped up yesterday: https://thethaiger.com/hot-news/visa/thailand-approves-plan-to-attract-highly-skilled-foreign-workers-investors-wealthy-retirees?fbclid=IwAR1mDnNphQ5-cMvIKzmS-Jq0gy3ml9A9_Z0tRQV30YV-X60nlfYrKFvUmEY I checked with Visa authorities (Smart Visa team) and they gave me the info below: There are 2 sub-categories for Work-From-Thailand Professional in LTR visa 1.Digital Nomad 2.Corporate Programme - details about qualifications etc are still being finalised but: -Qualifications - Have health insurance from an accredited insurance company covering medical expenses of $100,000 or more throughout the duration of the visa. - Personal income (salary, investment income, etc.) at least $80,000 per year for the past 2 years or $40,000 per year if graduated with a master's degree or higher / Possess Intellectual Property / Receive Series A funding. Required proof/documents For Digital Nomad - Company listed on the stock exchange, or - A private company that has been operating for at least 3 years and has gross revenue of more than 150 million USD in the last 3 years.
