Thailand will not accept refugees from Eastern Europe. Ever.
Farangs need to be rich; farangs can not be refugees from a war who are in need of government support.  Heck, a elderely Thai only gets 600 THB / month for 'support.'  Thai immigration will not be allowing any civilians from Ukraine to enter unless they are over 50 and retired with the proper amounts of money, an expat with a Business visa, or a Ukrainian married to a Thai with the proper amount of money.
Thailand and humanitarianism do not exist in the same reality.
Bottom Line:  There is no such thing as a farang refugee in Thailand.

There is no problem for a refugee to get help. Russia is accepting refugees from Ukraine - about 10000 people every day.
The main problem is that the refugees are not allowed to leave their cities. Because they are the only reason why the Russians have not yet bombed Ukrainian cities with heavy bombs.

I prefer the Chinese "The Global Times" as a reliable news source.

The Global Times is a daily tabloid newspaper under the auspices of the Chinese Communist Party's flagship People's Daily newspaper, commenting on international issues from a nationalistic perspective. The newspaper has been the source of various incidents, including fabrications and disinformation.

There is some Ukraine tourist in Thailand, it looks they maybe can run into financial trouble, if they are not able to use their credit cards.

They should be welcome in my home to, in Northern Thailand.

I think they can use the normal tourist visa and extension to get up to 2 month here.

I know some russian tourists here already have some finansial problems, if they are Putin supporters, I will not help them.
