Thai Cabinet Approves Crypto-Friendly Tax Rules

BANGKOK (NNT) - The Cabinet this week approved relaxed tax rules for cryptocurrency traders, in line with other crypto-related measures previously announced by the government. Investors will be exempt from a value-added tax (VAT) of 7% for crypto trading on authorized exchanges.

Fire on oil tanker extinguished, one crew member still missing

 

 

Firefighters have managed to put out the fire on board the oil tanker “Smooth Sea 2”, as IRPC, a petroleum and petrochemical company which owns a pier near the explosion, gave an assurance that there is no oil left in the vessel, which is currently docked at the pier in the estuary of the Chao Phraya River in Samut Prakan province.

Plan to make COVID-19 endemic disease in Thailand from July 1 approved
