At approximately 05:00 on September 21, local authorities responded to an incident where a woman fell from a building near the Robinson Mall in Chantaburi Mall. Officers from the Muang Chantaburi Police Station, along with a rescue team from Phra Pokklao Hospital and volunteers from the Sawang Katanyu Foundation, were dispatched to the scene.

The young woman was found to have fallen onto the spiked metal fenced railings below and was hanging by one leg in great pain. None of the metal spikes had pieced her leg, but it was severely pinned between the railings, from the impact of the fall. She had suffered cuts and bruises and a possible broken leg.

Rescue workers were worried about the effects of possible crush syndrome, so had to hold and support her while medical staff stabilised her as she was still stuck on the fence. Rescuers then had to spread and cut through the  steel fence to safely bring the injured woman down for further medical treatment, before she was then transported to Phra Pokklao Hospital.

Further details about the woman's details or the cause of the fall have not been disclosed as the investigation continues.

It looks pretty bad but from the report she was lucky.  Could have been a lot worse.

Question is how did she 'fall' from a nearby building?  Strange.

Ouch 😣

Lucky woman.

Judging by the photo she could have ended up as a display model of medieval punishments.

She wasn't impaled so wouldn't qualify.

Being totally drunk she didn't feel much pain😂

She needs to buy a lottery ticket after that. Read a twisted sick comment on here implying she was drunk. So pathetic.

Very lucky woman.

she is now living her second life..///

Horrifically different outcome if those spikes weren’t at a 90deg angle, I shudder the thought

It's quite weird as that fence as a row of straight up spikes and then curved ones on the front and rear.

Very lucky indeed

Tripped? Lost her balance? To name a few. Why is it strange? This is a news report. Not exactly reliable as to facts coming from third parties. Duh.
