wanting to give my wife P.O.A.over my bank accs.do i need an attorney of law to draw up the legal docs.????

Best to take her to the bank and make her a co-signer on the account less hassles this way and save on lawyer fees too...

thanks E.done the bank thing,i was just wondering if that would hold up in court,as i only use one bank.

 Suggest that you convert your bank account(s) to Joint accounts.

 Either party has legal access to Joint accounts.

Only one ATM/Debit card will be issued.
