Nikkih
Hello Everyone I am new to Krabi town, after travelling around for 6 months or so. I have rented a house in Krabi town, but have no furniture. I thought that if anyone was moving out of Thailand, they may like to sell some items? The house is all white with v. dark wood frames, so not looking for light wood items. modern or traditonal is fine - nothing too top end....... but am not looking for tatty. Really need a fridge quick! Hope to talk to you again soon Nikki
seonai
there are some very good second hand shops for furniture in Phuket if you can get a van. Ask me for details if you want to go down this route. Also perhaps contact the people at the Krabi Flyer - a free local rag with good info, usually available in shops along the seafront at Ao Nang. Nikkih
Thank you very much for this info. I am planning a trip to Phuket in 2 weeks so this sounds like a good option 2 search for furniture. I was planning on getting a cafatiere, good coffee, and also go to Phuket Tesco Lotus for stocks for the kitchen (once I can get a kitchen sink fitted!) Best wishes Nikki
