cdnvic
Download and install Thunderbird. It will ask during install if you want to import everything from Outlook. Click "yes" and it will do the work in seconds. http://www.mozilla.org/thunderbird/

qualtrough
Neeraman, it was an easy download and installation for me, and it took me through the steps for moving the old mail to Thunderbird. I am sure you will be very happy with it once you are up and running.

Doesn't make sense to me, but I know very little. I did this once. Easiest way is to install Thunderbird on the other computer, import everything from outlook express, then use Mozbackup to backup Thunderbird and move the backup file to the other computer where you have Thunderbird installed already and restore the backup. It's easier than it sounds. http://mozbackup.jasnapaka.com/

Tywais
I have 17 pop3 accounts on mine at the moment. And I have about 12 coming from 5 different servers nicely filtered to place in the right pidgeon holes (mailboxes). Thaivisa has it's own folder. The filters in Thunderbird is a very useful feature.
