Longer Stays Approved During Peak Tourist Season

BANGKOK (NNT) - The Cabinet has approved a 45-day stay for tourists entitled to visa exemptions and 30 days for those eligible for the Visa on Arrival program in order to help boost the tourism sector during the travel season.

Many disabled people living in Soi Paniadchang in Pattaya filed a complaint against an undisclosed condominium for allegedly allowing tenants to park vehicles on the wheelchair lane.

Pattaya deputy mayor warns beach vendors of placing kites on beach

Harvested rice fields in Chao Phraya River basin to be used as water retention areas

Rice fields in the Chao Phraya River basin, on Thailand’s central plains, will be turned into temporary water retention areas after farmers have completed their harvest at the end of this month, said Surasee Kittimonthon, secretary-general of the Office of National Water Resources, today (Wednesday).
