Pretty gutless performance by the dashcam car, no? Can't punch down and pass a small lorry? Maybe if he took the fake plastic 'sports' grill off the hood/bonnet, he would get a few more inches per second.

 

Looks like he was intent on following the truck at the end so he could give him a baleful stare from behind his dark tinted windows.

Yeah something happened between them before they started that video. 

Looked to me like they knew each other and were just playing around.

With a total disregard for other road users.
