The unclothed man aged 30-40 years old was spotted on Pattaya Beach in front of Soi 12 last night, November 23rd. Concerned beach goers called Pattaya police to check on him as he seemed lost, dazed, and confused and needed help. The officers arrived and gave clothes, food, and water to the homeless man. After finishing the meal, the man was taken to a homeless center. He did not give any sort of identification or answer any questions. The man was also not aggressive and very calm but detached. From the article: "Police decided not to charge the man with any crime as they believed he was suffering from a mental illness and needed assistance instead."
