I had a Condo re modelled a few years ago which has 2 air conditioners. We have only ever used one so that is why I had no idea that the 2nd was fitted without the filters until recently. Any idea where there is a Samsung supplier of parts in Chiang Mai?

Samsung service centre on the moat.   You can Google the exact location on your browser. 

 

Ignore the USA phone number.  The call centre number is 1282 but they do not speak English.  Suggest you take the AC model number and a photo of the open AC to show them what is missing. 

 

Maybe they can help.

If not go back to where you purchased the items and ask them to order what you need, providing spares for your models are still available after all these years.

Addition

Just to be sure, some of the Samsung models have the filters fitted in the hatch/door.

 

 I do my business at Chiang Mai air care engineering on the 118 just pass central festival on the left. Not sure if they supply Samsung products.
