Small plant 6 weeks old is in flower and seed already?

Recommended Posts

This plant grew from a seed we took from the previous crop, it was planted around six weeks ago, is around a foot high, and has gone into flower and seed already! Looks like a ladyboy plant to me, what do others think?

Amazed it flowered so early though.

Yep...Lady boy for sure....I can see one of the pods has opened thus self fertilization has already taken place.

Sorry to say but he/she has to go and may have fertilized any other females that you may have in your grow.

Soooooo hate this when happens.

On to the next grow...!!!!..Cross fingers it doe's not happen again..!!!

Outdoors yes? Outside light growing shorter a signal to the plant to go to seed. Was started much too late. Try again in March.

It's actually longer daylight, in the part of Thailand I live, at the moment. A few weeks ago it was dark now, (17:55), but it's light here for another 30 minutes or so.

Just give all the small plants another 4hrs/day under a grow lamp.

No need to wait for the seasons to change.

Haven't got a growing light, any recommendations for a good one, that I can use outdoors?

Any cool white 6500k is good for veg. Can be fluorescent or led.
