Scott 20901
A staff member at the Virginia school where a six-year-old boy allegedly shot his teacher last week had been alerted before the shooting that the child might have a weapon, an official said. The boy's bag was searched, but no weapon was found, Richneck Elementary school superintendent George Parker told parents. First-grade teacher Abigail Zwerner was left with serious injuries after police say the boy shot her "intentionally". https://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-64252261

There are already a ridiculous number of services teachers are expected to perform that it is a wonder any teaching gets done at all BTW I was a teacher, most inner city gangstas. Several times my teen age charges had guns on them. Luckily I didn't know it at the time. What would you do if you found out a student in your class had a gun? demand it be handed over? Would if they don't? then what?
