The Thai cabinet has approved a budget of 5.95 billion baht for the Election Commission (EC) to hold this year’s General Election.

 

5.104 million baht is for the EC’s preparations and to hold the election across the country.

 

840 million baht is intended for other state agencies and state enterprises working to support the EC. These include expenses associated with voting by Thai nationals abroad, educational campaigns about the election by the Education Ministry and expenses for the Royal Thai Police to maintain peace and order during the election.

How much of that will go into greasy palms as a sweetener?

6 billion divided on 70 million people had been a bit on each....well great so same same but new man at the helm after election which probably will help the population to a safer life, better income opportunities, better and equal education for everyone, safer traffic conditions, less abuse against the weaker sex and children etc,.????

Hmm, I'm afraid we only will see more mega projects, highways and higspeed trains oh nearly forget the submarines.....????

It's already been arranged as to the outcome - or will be manipulated in such a manner.

Total distribution, 5,104,000 plus 845,000,000 equals 845,104,000, less than one billion.

And the remainder goes where?
