Slap wrist and a fine for the employer?

How about shutting the company down?

They have to employ them as the Thai's are too lazy to do real manual work!! ????????????????

Where I am the bulk of the manual work is done by the Burmese who have intregrated pretty well.

Certainly there are no Thais who want to do the work
