Three Thai laborers from Khon Kaen province have been confirmed dead following a brutal attack in an Israeli camp, as reported on 10th October.

The deceased, identified as Apichat and Pongsathep Kusakulram and Pichit Nachan, were among over 20 workers killed during the incident when unidentified assailants invaded the camp and opened fire.

At 16:30, information reached Ramphoei Kusakulram, the father of Apichat and Pongsathep, who resided in Khon Kaen. The news was conveyed by a relative who worked in Israel but at a different location.

The grieving father expressed his devastation but resolved to stay strong awaiting further updates from Thai authorities regarding the tragic event and confirmation of his sons' demise, reported Siam Rath.

Officials from Khon Kaen and the sub-district of Nong Song Hong visited the family to relay information received from the relative working in Israel.

Immediate action was pledged to support both the survivors wishing to return to Thailand and the repatriation of the bodies of the deceased.

The Nong Song Hong district recorded 188 registered Thai workers in Israel, of which three have been confirmed dead. The local government is now focused on expediting the return of the victims’ remains for religious ceremonies in Thailand.

There is zero justification for these terrorists to go wilfully, gleefully and knowingly into civilian areas and murdering innocent men, women and children.

RIP : they were most likely very hard workers trying to improve their families lives.

Retribution is warranted

And most likely the families now left with debt.

Many thais also choose South-Korea as destination for earning money. The one more point on the map where it may become a tragedy.

Tragic

Innocent lives lost because of small minded people fighting over some invisable bearded man in the sky.

Incredible that modern people believe this nonsense.

Nice people the Thais.

On the big picture it is all so sad.

On the otherside, if Thailand provided more opportunities for people they would not feel it necessary to go to other countries for work.

Unfortunately the restribution has become a wholesale slaughter of civilians in Gaza. The destruction in just 3 days is devastating.

I'd guess the fight is more about, land, rights and freedom.

Families will get a large (by Thai standards for sure) compensation pack from Israel. At least that's how it went in past instances. Not that it will bring their loved ones back.

Horrible horrible the only consolation is you will be avenged swiftly and without mercy ????Rip

Indeed, but the entire blame for this rests squarely on the shoulders of the vile murdering cowards from Hamas; just in case you were trying to apportion the blame elsewhere.

And the thai government remain neutral on this conflict because they are cowards and always have been.

. meanwhile, hardworking thais are being murdered because they went seeking opportunities their own government cant offer.

Sickening state of affairs .

Both Malaysia and Thailand are weird countries. Normally, one would only go overseas to work as labourers if jobs are unavailable locally. But both Malaysia and Thailand have millions of foreign workers.
