Urgent - Restaurant Recommendation For Birthday Bash In Bkk

My girlfriend is 25 on the 25th July, and we are going out with a group of around 6-8 people for dinner, but currently no idea where to go. We live around the Phrom Phong area, so ideally we can find somewhere round there, Sukhumvit at least. What are we looking for:

1) Mid-range prices

2) Good range of food, Thai and international

3) Sabay Sabay atmosphere

4) Wine

Are there any roof-top or terrace type restaurants around Sukhumvit - can't seem to think of any? Failing that, something where we can sit outside whilst eating and have a good time.

Pola Pola, soi 24 - think it has outside seating, other branches do

Basilico (Sukhunvit 23) - one of BKK's best Italian

Bourbon Street (Sukhunvit Soi 22) - fantastic and reasonably priced Margaritas
