Pattaya —Pattaya police are searching for a man who has been terrorizing residents of Soi Sawang Fa 2 by stealing and sniffing their underwear.

The man, described as being in his 30s and of medium build, was seen riding a bicycle up and down the street on Tuesday, March 26th. He then stopped to allegedly sniff and steal women’s underwear from clotheslines.

One resident, who asked to remain anonymous, told local reporters that she has been the victim of this underwear thief several times. “I’m scared to hang my clothes outside to dry now,” she said. “I don’t know what this man is going to do with my underwear.”

new regulation stipulates that underwear sniffers must wear a mask, unless they are Thai.

More likely for re-sale then.

Actually no market for clean underwear, Japan has vending machines for used underwear.

Maybe he likes the smell of the soap they use. Or is trying to get a gift for his woman without paying for it. Surely it is not that he smells the woman's crotch still to get excited. The clothes are clean and drying.

He's gay. Trying to figure out if his boyfriend has been playing around.

Sprinkle a few with black pepper or chili powder as a trap, but don't forget!
