webfact
Naklua, Chonburi — The Banglamung Police Station announced plans to enforce a one-way traffic system to facilitate traffic flow in the Naklua area for the upcoming Wan Lai Naklua Festival on April 18th. Under the plan, official water-playing areas and all types of vehicle lanes will be converted into a one-way system. The affected area will encompass Sukhumvit Road from the Sawangfa intersection to the Numchai intersection, Pattaya Naklua Road, Photisan Road, and back to Sukhumvit Road. The one-way system will be in effect from 12:00 PM to midnight on April 18th. However, between 9:00 PM and 10:00 PM, police will instruct the public and tourists to cease water-playing activities to allow for the orderly clearance of vehicles from the area. morrobay
. It was such great success in Jomtien now let's screw up Naklua too. And they don't even inform which way /one way?? So if it's one way South or if it's one way North your going to be stranded coming or going. Unbelievable Edited April 16 by morrobay

Unbelievable What's the point of "informing which way /one way"? It makes no difference to Thais who would ignore that anyway. 2

They are too busy drawing their overtime by the roadside monitoring traffic on the 7 Dangerous Days. The above photo is a staged op; I spent 5 diabolical hours on Monday in central Pattaya and did not see ONE cop. Edited April 17 by mikebell extra thoughts.
