Can anyone recommend an all-round handyman that is knowledgeable in household eclectrical problems and plumbing repairs?

giving a location might help!

 

a) Get a qualified electrician from your area. You'll probably end up with a moonlighting PEA technician.

 

b) After 10 years I am still looking for a qualified plumber, I am 90% into DIY now.

    I used to live in the area and I don’t know any multi faceted handymen. It’s more of a network of handymen specializing in specific tasks, and there are variables within those networks. Go to any village boss and ask. Rit in Rong Kong Khao knows quite a few people that do different tasks
