sambkkoo7
Hi, I'm a PR holder without a Work Permit. My Mother has just come to live with me and she got a Non Imm O Visa from India a month ago as I had sent her all my documents including my PR and Work Permit copies(which I had at the time) and I'd like to apply for a 1 Year Visa at the Immigration for her. My Question is that is it possible to do so, as I do not have a Work Permit anymore? If yes, what are the documents required? Any Bank statements required? Thanks
lopburi3
Para 7.18 of National Police Order 606/2006 is the law (she must be age 50 or over): 1. Application Form 2. Copy of the passport of the applicant 3. Copy of the proof of relationship such as marriage evidences, birth certificate, certificate of child adoption registration, copy of census registration, certificate of adopted child adoption registration, or other papers issued by the related official organization or government agencies. 4. Copy of the certificate of permanent residence and copy of the ID Card of the foreigner who has the permanent residence in Thailand.

Thanks for the info. copy of ID card? does that mean the Red book(which I got from the police station) or Passport? Is work permit of the PR holder required and income tax papers? lopburi3
I would suspect it may mean both (unless there is another document called certificate of PR). There is no mention of tax or work permit in the law that I see.
