Kamala Harris Maintains Lead After Debate: Republican Pollster

Kamala Harris has maintained her lead in the polls after her first debate with Donald Trump, according to a Republican pollster.

 

A new survey conducted by Red Eagle Politics as well as SoCal Strategies and On Point Politics shows that Harris is 3 points ahead of Trump, on 48 percent to his 45 percent. It questioned 719 likely voters nationally and had a margin of error of +/-3.7 percent.

 

The poll, conducted between September 10 and 11, was one of the first since Harris and Trump took part in a debate on Tuesday night in Philadelphia. The former president was fact-checked four times for repeating false claims that the 2020 election was rigged and promoting a conspiracy theory about migrants in Ohio abducting and eating pets."

    Republican pollster Frank Luntz said Former President Donald Trump's debate performance could cost him the election.

    Lutz clarified he thought Trump bore the burden of losing in one of the worst debate performances he had seen in his career. After waffling on whether or not he would make a predicition, Luntz said,

     

    "The answer is yes, I think that he loses because of this debate performance," Luntz said to Morgan.

    From the title of the thread, it sounds like you think Trump won the debate. Really?

    It's certainly been a while since a national poll has put Trump in lead.

     

    How to know Harris is winning? The Trumpers don't post polls anymore.

    Well didn't he claim just that? Various numbers were quoted, 92 - 8 was one I recall. Certainly he won bigly!
