Trump came out on election night and claimed victory when votes were still being counted. Only dictators do that. Things are not that bad back home. At least these people that can go bankrupt any day still have some support. Unlike Thailand where people use agents to deposit money for long term visa. That is much worse than living paycheck to paycheck. -

You can do either. Since you have the Thai bank in place with 400k my pick would be to return to Thailand visa exempt and apply for non O and subsequent 12 month extension at your local immigration office. Obtaining non O marriage in home country also good option if eVisa -

And Smith laid out evidence that Trump’s sole objective was to stay in power — not, as he and his lawyers have claimed, to exercise legitimate authority over election integrity. ...
