anyone give me info on hotel in burma by golden triangle is there a thai customs post there and is it a bit like ranoong visa run get boat (ect)as i want to go next visa run and stay overnight in hotel and have a flutter

very funny that they don't mention gambling on their website. lmfao.

But it does have a casino, and I've seen it from the river.

Call or email them if you can get there from the golden triangle scam boats or just from the border at Mae sai.

The Golden Triangle Paradise Hotel/Casino near Sop Ruak is actually on an island in no mans land and is not a border crossing as they do not stamp your passport there,you pay a fee at the river taxi boat ramp and take a 3 minute ride to the island where they hold your passport until you leave.

There are two Casino,s at Mae Sai ,one in Tachilek town and the other about 5 km out at the Golf course,the Paradise is the nicer of the three so your best bet is to do your visa at Mae Sai then pop down to Sop Ruak and stay at the Paradise..
