December 13, 2025Dec 13 Traffic jams all around the Moat, caused by Tuk-tuks driving verrrry slooowly in between the two lanes of traffic, blocking both lanes to the cars behind them. On the bike, moving to the front and expecting road construction, I was surprised to see the Tuk-tuk causing it all. I experienced this three times, with three different Tuk-tuk drivers causing tie-ups the same way. (Glad I’m on the bike!) Is there some sort of Protest going on today?

It wasn't the cruising that I was speaking of, but cruising while blocking all car traffic in both lanes behind them. Three different drivers doing it that 'I' saw. I don't know if others were doing it in various locations. But they were definitely blocking traffic around the Moat on purpose. When a car tried to make an end run around them, they moved over a bit so the car driver changed his mind about trying to pass.
