Yes, it's possible. Have received numerous letters to sign for. I also get regular thai mail in the states on occasion that I have to sign for. My guess would be $5 or so from the states, and about 80-100 baht from Thailand.

You have to send it registered, WITH RETURN RECIEPT. Return reciept is an extra charge. They will have to sign a card on the recieving end and it will be sent back to you in USA.
