I am going to change provinces and stay at my brother in laws house

When I do the TM30 ,then 90 report in may and possibly do my next extension from this property.Will IO ask to see any kind of contract with my brother in law or not ?

Thanks for the swift reply .Just went to yasothon IO and we just showed my passport and blue book etc for the house and was issued a TM30 straight away .So I’m now registered at yasothon very easy and friendly staff to boot
