If someone has an Non-O 1 year visa based on being married with a Thai wife and supporting her and children by working in Thailand, can the wife order immigration to cancel the visa anytime she wants (for example as a bad action after having an argument...)?

If your wife has this kind of power think you have more to fear that a visa loss.  No average wife is going to be able to give orders to the immigration police.  That said, she could probably prevent another extension if she claims you are not supporting her.  I sincerely hope that you can avoid any such argument as when things get that hot they can easily go out of control.  Keep cool.

It's a one year visa based on support of Thai wife and children. It's not a non-immigrant B visa, so I guess it's an 'O' visa, in any case legal and workpermit for the same duration as well
