Upon logging into TM30 system, address appears as "approved" with green background. (girlfriend's house). This was set up a few years ago. Worked ok last time October 2024. Clicking on inform button brings me to next screen where no addresses are listed and a message in red "Please add The address to receive foreigners to stay at Profile Page". When I click on that, the address appears as it should. Anybody else run into this? Watched a few videos to no avail.

My problem was I couldn't fill in the inform page because the gf's address didn't appear, eventhough it was clearly in the system. Tried using the import excel spreadsheet but that screen had same problem... her address not showing. Finally edited her address Info (gender was blank) , hit save. Went back to inform page and her address magically appeared! Problem solved.
