Wang Wen Liang is described as approximately 1.65 meters tall, with shaved sides and numerous tattoos on both arms and his right leg. The nationwide alert asks that any unit locating Wang apprehend him promptly and report to the PC02's Team 3, stationed at 459 Tran Hung Dao Street, Cau Ong Lanh Ward.
