Has anyone picked up their kasikorn credit card from a branch recently?

My Kasikorn credit card expiries in September, I'd like to know how long before card expiration date will my new card be delivered to my bank.

It's usually not a problem but I'd like to get in early on future travel plans.

Does anyone know how long before expiration I can pick my new card up from the branch?

Why they wouldn't send it to your address, same as the original one?

I've always had to pick them up from the bank.

While I don't have credit card from KBank, all the other banks would send it to me by mail about 1-2 months before expiry of the previous one. I'd say that's probably time window when they make your card, so it probably won't be productive to visit the branch where card is waiting for you before it's made.

Then again, there's a phone number at the back of the card - call them and ask.

Both K Bank and Bangkok Bank send me replacement credit cards, they arrive the week beofre expiration.

I didn't think Farangs could get a credit card. I must be wrong, are they hard to get? I bank with Kasikorn and have been for 20 years.

I've be reading things have changed, I'm not up to speed on today's requirements.

When I was issued my credit card in 2005, I wasn't working in Thailand. I was looking to buy more property and had my salary paid into my kasikorn bank account.

The bank did not seemed too concerned I was working in Vietnam.

Also the female assistant bank manager (at the time) Pattaya Tai branch would help me to obtain different products that normally you would not get being on a tourist visa.

Looking at the comments I may have got it wrong.

I'm thinking myself and family were never home when postman was delivering. I don't think that they can be delivered without a signature, probably why I needed to pick up from branch.

Anyway, my app has a contact email, I'll get in touch with my kasikorn representative and structure a convenient time for me to pick up from the bank.

I could remember paying the card fee so trotted along to the bank. They said the card I had was now redundant and they were replacing it with a new international card which meant a new agreement that had to be signed.

KBank sent me a replacement new card about 5 weeks before the old one expired this year. It was automatically mailed to my home, nothing I needed to do the facilitate the renewal which was automatic. It is then activated by me on the KPlus app which takes a minute.

I don't have credit card, but I got a message recently about replacing my debit card, which was expiring at the end of July. I don't trust the post, so went in to my local branch yesterday, and it was replaced there, as well as doing the authentication process for K-Biz. All done in about 45 minutes.

6 months pay slips.

Clean credit (Thai) history.

Was what I needed with both Kbank and BKK bank.
