Ronald Hallid Dimacisil Torres of the Bangsamoro Business Council emphasized the positive impact on attracting outside investors to the area's seaside barangays.Datu Blah Sinsuat, known for its tranquility, is situated near Cotabato City, a capital in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region. Torres noted that MAREX 2026 confirmed the absence of rebel groups in the area, enhancing investor confidence. Additional exercises were held in Barira, another peaceful town in the region, underscoring joint efforts to ensure security.Maguindanao del Norte officials, including Vice Gov. Marshall Sinsuat and local mayors, supported the operational success of MAREX 2026. Army Maj. Gen. Jose Vladimir Cagara and Lt. Gen. Donald M.
