3M Baht "condo investment" visa

Featured Replies

First time I hear about it. It looks like a new reintroduced "investment" visa available at old prices.

So, you buy a dog crate for 3m baht, rent it out and get a no hassle visa.

Sounds like a deal to me

Only for selected projects. No such thing like spending 3 million on a condo of your choice, and get the visa.

Our OP is the resident troll with an agenda against Thailand, because he couldn't make it here.

Yes I saw this a few years ago for a project on Pratumnak Pattaya. And is clear from the link in the OP that it only applies to projects that "qualify"
