Liar Liar Pants on fire, News

A formal bar complaint is now on file with NY ethics authorities against Roberta Kaplan, Carroll’s attorney, accusing her of failing to promptly correct her client’s false testimony about outside funding in the Trump cases.

Kaplan allegedly knew that Dem megadonor Hoffman had provided a $7 million grant to her firm through his nonprofit, yet allowed Carroll to deny any third party financing during deposition.

Only months later, on the eve of trial, was the funding disclosed(delayed disclosure ) to Trump’s lawyers and the court.

This complaint raises serious questions of candor, ethics, and potential misconduct in a high profile lawsuit that ended with massive judgments against Trump.

When are these Trump haters and conspirators ever gonna learn!

This ethics filing should put a stop to any of Carroll’s and Kaplan’s preconceived notions of fraudulently spending someone else’s money while pursuing their cases. The public exposure of this alleged misconduct raises serious questions about the integrity of the entire legal effort against Trump.
