I am moving from a one bedroom apartment to a one bedroom apartment in Bangkok. Are there any suggestions for a company to move my things? What should the cost be?

There's lots, see their trucks all the time on the road.  Do a google for:

bangkok moving companies

JVK's one, Crown another large one, and many many more.

A one bedroom apartment?  How about just getting a 6-wheel truck with 3-4 workers and doing it yourself?  Ask at your local motorcycle queue for a "lot lap chang," a truck looking for work.

That's what I did when we moved from Sukumvit Soi 71 out here to Nakhon Nowhere at Klong 10, Thanyaburi.  Three long bed 6-wheelers, at one per day, and I hired three guys each day from the local motocycle queue for baht 300 each and a bottle of whisky per day.  We had a whole household of stuff.  Movement also included many pickup truck loads by myself.
