How do you reset a password on the Thai Online 90 Day Reporting System

Featured Replies

How do you reset a password on the Thai Online 90 Day Reporting System? I'm getting nagged to change my password every 90 days, but there is no method in the application to do it. If you click on the profile icon, all you get is a "Sign Out" option. No option to change a password. 😕 ???

Call me crazy, but I'd press "Forgotten Password?"

That seems to work but I'd be hesitant to try it unless I actually had problems logging in. If it ain't broke, .....

Anyhow, you'll get this response if brave enough to try....

We got request to reset your TM47 password.

Click here to set your password

The reset password link will be expired at 2026-07-23 13:33:51

If you ignore this message, your password won't be changed.

Your password won't change until you access the link above and create a new one.

No. I have to do it every time......running out of ideas for a password.......it seems, for my account at least, it's a routine thing every time I try to login each 90 days.

I detest "Nagware."

OK, we'll take you at your word. Which office are you dealing with?

But in general, no, you don't have to change the password every time. Best move is to disregard the recommendation until the occasion comes when you are unable to log in with the current password.

Then you can do the 'forgot password, make new one' shuffle.

My guess is a password might good for a year? Perhaps slightly longer? Again, generally. I deal with CW.

That’s just a “reminder”. You can usually just ignore it. Your password should work for 90 days. After that, the system might lock you out. If your existing password fails to work, then use the “forgot my password” feature to reset your account with a new password.

You appear to be correct but it's poor design. I don't expect @Connda has forgotten his password; this is usually an emergency function because you have forgotten it and can't gain access.

I ignore this reminder and it doesn't appear to care.

If you can get an LTR visa with annual notifications, no online app.

I never changed it, it works fine. Continue with the same password as long as it works (not looking for trouble) till stops working.

I've been asked to change my password every 90 days for the last 2 years. Every time I use the same password and just change the number at the end of it.

I'm up to number 9 now😊

When you do need to change it, you'll see a message like below and get a change link in your email.

Yeah - you're right. I'll probably just ignore the nagware and carry on.
