A Third Term for Whom?

Featured Replies

Trump keeps hinting at running for a third term in 2028.
If they change the Constitution, which limits presidents to 2 terms, and allows DJT to run a 3rd term, then Obama can absolutely also run a 3rd term.
Think how badly would Obama smoke trump!
And how much better off would America, and the rest of the world, be!

Obama in 2028. Save America!

Not hinting, he's going for it

A fourth term?

Yet another retarded, 'what if' anti Trump thread that will never happen. How stupid are you people ??? PLEASE, STOP EMBARRASSING YOURSELVES

Bush 2, Clinton & Obama were 3 of the worse presidents for the USA & world.

Do you idiots have any idea, how often or how hard it is to submit, add or change a Constitution amendment. Here's a clue cheesy

According to historians, the best modern day president economically was Bill Clinton (Dem): He presided over an average annual GDP growth of about 4%, with extensive job creation, and finished his tenure with consecutive federal budget surpluses. FDR (Dem) was so popular he served 12 years and 1 month, dying in office in 1945.

The constitution was amended after to prevent tyranny by future presidents. This turned out to be prescient.

In a December 2023 interview with Sean Hannity on Fox News, Trump was asked if he would abuse power.

“No, no, no—other than day one… We’re closing the border and drilling, drilling, drilling. After that, I’m not a dictator.”

Just the tip, mamn....

I promise 😭

preemptive disclosure builds false trust, normalizes harm, and disarms skepticism—victims interpret “honesty” as credibility, making them easier to manipulate and less likely to resist.

I saw a post somewhere a few weeks ago, saying that if Trump goes for a third term, Obama would run too. Whether true or not, remains to be seen.

I hear lots of people are checking into hotels asking for this specific room:

The tech boom created jobs. Only an idiot would say Clinton created them.

These days, I'd settle for a president who doesn't destroy more than he creates. So far, just about everything this man touches turns to kaka.
To date, he's destroyed more jobs than he's created.
To date, he's destroyed more lives than he's saved...

... and that's not what is needed in a leader.

President Bill Clinton's administration actively shaped and supported the 1990s tech boom through deregulation, free-market internet policies, and educational technology investments.

The Telecommunications Act of 1996 deregulated broadcast and telecommunications markets, spurring massive private investments in fiber optics and digital infrastructure.

He enabled the transition of the internet from a research tool into a global economic engine, contributing significantly to 1990s productivity and income growth.

So the economic boom had everything to do with Clinton.

Obama was allright, but wasn't a great president. He made a lot of mistakes and poor moral calls. For one he authorised the murder of Osama Ben Laden without judicial process, and was basically a mafia style killer. He supported same sex couple legislation. He supported the Saudis vicious war in Yemen which contributed to the problems we now have with the Houthis. He torpedoed Nasa's manned spaceflights. He helped create the insiduous BLM movement, predictably, that caused so much damage on American streets. He let transsexuals into the military.

He'd probably not fare very well in today's climate, and he certainly wasn't perfect. He opposed the Iraq war okay. But I'm still not clear why his closing of Guantanamo never worked. Or his health reforms. Decent guy, but definitely not perfect as a president.

"For one he authorised the murder of Osama Ben Laden without judicial process, and was basically a mafia style killer."

Yes he did, and what a total badass move that was. So unlike the completely pointless and random murder of scores of Central/South American fishermen/pot/coke smugglers.

As you will know, I only see your troll posts when someone replies to them, so I couldn't let this troll to be corrected.

Osama had a dead or alive reward on his head, issues by the US State Department under Bush.

With due respect I'd say those two things are fundamentally different. The people Trump is killing are drug smugglers. Yes, not using judicial process is highly regrettable and wrong in my view, but they are drug smugglers. Ben Laden was not. He was a freedom fighter, a political figure.

You seem to have problems with the English language. Putting a reward on Ben Laden does not improve on the mafia style execution. He was still killed without due judicial process with Obama's support, which is clearly wrong. But then almost all presidents seem to be killers and certainly Obama was no exception.

Osama Bin Laden a freedom fighter? I wonder what the resident MAGA fanboys think about that claim!😆

Clinton was the beneficiary of the dot-com boom, which busted at the end of his term.

Obama also authorized the killing of US citizens not charged with any crime.  Was that badass?
