A 23-year-old gunman died during a police siege after allegedly killing a man at a funeral ceremony in a Bangkok temple. The victim was attending the funeral of his 22-year-old wife, who had reportedly died after he accidentally shot her in an earlier incident. Investigators believe the gunman and his girlfriend blamed the husband for the woman’s death and confronted him before the shooting. Two other funeral guests were injured, and the suspect later hid inside a condominium with his girlfriend while officers surrounded the building.
