To buy a home is too expensive. To rent is too expensive. I have the solution:

- Every 1 family home comes with a garden. Allow folks to pitch their tents in those gardens. Everything honky dory, electricity, water and toilet already there.

The daily forced exchange between the "haves" and the "have not's" will be fruitful, forcably melting those different worlds into a brotherhood of man. Eureka ! 😉

Build more AFFORDABLE houses. Land prices and building cost will not allow for it. Besides, a home has become an "investement", a speculative segment of the economy. Like the stock market "prices can only go up". (Until they don't go up anymore).
