Hi everyone,
I ask for a friend of mine. He is planning his upcoming 1-year Retirement Extension.

Currently, his savings account is an E-Passbook deposit account (fully digital, no physical bank book). He still have his old physical passbook, but it cannot be updated anymore since the account was converted to electronic.

Will he get the extension anyway?

Should be no problem, just make sure to have the bank letter and 12 month statement.
