ponder
DF358 - Thanks, that was the kind of rough figure I wanted. UPU2 - Who is the sponsor? I have found information in the forum on buying a condo in Bangkok but it appears to be anonymous.
Up2U
DF358 - Thanks, that was the kind of rough figure I wanted.UPU2 - Who is the sponsor? I have found information in the forum on buying a condo in Bangkok but it appears to be anonymous. Couldn't remember the name - that's why I phrased it in that manner. Have flicked back and forth several times, hoping to see it, but no luck. Only Bangkok Serviced Apartments, which is rental. I live outside BKK, at Bang Phli, place called Thana City along the Bang Na - Trat road (km 15). Two bedroom apartments sell for 2 - 2.5 million. Right next to the new airport. Golf course attached - Greg Norman design. There are better apartments in the place, transport is a problem, but if you are here for a few years, travelling on business, it will be good value. Prices will go up when the airport opens - think about it. I am.
