Air Asia's Office At Don Muang

Where is Air Asia's ticket office at Don Muang? I'm trying to book flights for November but their website only goes up to October. I'm flying back into BKK tomorrow so I thought I'd just deal with it there but I don't know where their office is...

Thanks!

I don't believe many AirAsia flights beyond October are "open" yet. You won't find availability any different at an airport ticket office than you would using their Internet booking system. That said, if you will be transiting the airport anyway it would be worth taking a few minutes to double-check.

That was my fear but I'm going to be at the airport anyway... Does anyone know where the ticket office is? I found a thread on here debating which terminal they went from but nothing about the office.

I just took a peek at the AirAsia website. According to the information on this How to Book page, they do not have airport ticket sales locations in Thailand. I cannot vouch for the accuracy of this information though.

Thanks for doing all my research ovenman! Shame that all the information seems to point to the fact that I'll be wasting my time! :o

I noticed on their webpage that they didn't have any addresses for Thailand but I assumed (risky, I know) that they would have a ticket sales place at the airport.

I also realised that I get to the airport about 6 a.m. tomorrow morning so I think I'll just wait until Monday and phone them... Even if they have an office, I can't imagine it's open at that time.

I would also be surprised were there an AirAsia ticket office at Don Muang, that it would be open at 06:00. :o

I just called them on 02 515 9999 and they were quite helpful.

ovenman, unfortunately you were right that their flights beyond October are not open yet. To book in November, they advised me to call back at the end of September when their schedules will be available.

Guess I'll just have to be patient rather than trying to book early to get a good price! :o

Keep checking the AirAsia website every few days. There's no telling for sure when these flights will actually open up.
