After to have supplied all the documents requested to apply for a 1 year extension of your NON IMM "O" visa, in Pattaya, you are sent to the Captain's desk with your Thai wife.

Then you AND your Thai wife are requested to sign several documents written only in Thai.

Is somebody could tell us something about these documents ?

My Thai wife told me that she must inform the immigration authority if I let her or if she let me even if the divorce is not pronounced ; so, the visa would be lost...

Never heard that one before.

My wife and I have never signed any such documents.

Went through the same thing last month. The document stated who we were, where we stayed and how much money I had in my thai bank account.
