marriage celbrants in phuket could you give me details please.... Thanks tinytot

Not clear what you are looking for.

If you want a place to do the wedding, then you can check with any large hotel.

If you want the official marriage, as in getting a marriage license, you can go to the Thai District Office, locally called Amphur. Locals can tell you the location and how to get there.

You can then get that license translated and certified by your consulate/embassy so it can be used in your country.

If you want a chapel type wedding, then you can check the local churches.

Tinytot, Don't you think you should do the brotherly thing and warn him ? :o

At least give the bloke a chance to do a "Runner",,,,, :D

Marriage in Thailand requires paperwork from your Embassy first. That is to confirm parties are single and able to marry. That will take a visit to Bangkok in most cases will take a day or longer wait (as document than has to be translated into Thai and registered at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs). Only after that paper is available can you register a marriage. That is done by officials at a District Office (although they can, for a fee) do the actual paperwork outside that office itself. Many of the larger hotels have set programs for marriage and will help with the minimal paperwork involved. Many Embassies in Bangkok have the full, detailed instructions, available on there web sites.
