Each player is a rugby great in his own right, and together they form an awesome package – bringing back memories of the glory days of old. Thursday September 9, 6.00pm Ticket: Bt1,100 includes free flowing beer and wine Four Seasons Hotel, Montathip 1 Room Rajadamri Road, Bangkok RSVP by Friday September 3 to [email protected] or call 02-877-7492 Stu Wilson: In a distinguished rugby career Stu Wilson scored more than 50 tries for the All Blacks, debuting in 1976. He was only the 12th man in NZ Rugby history to score more than 100 first class tries – 104 in total. Stu wore the All Black jersey 85 times and appeared in 34 tests. Stu retired from Rugby in 1984 amongst a spark of controversy over the book, Ebony and Ivory, which he co-authored with fellow All Black wing, Bernie Fraser. Bernie Fraser: A bright and entertaining player, Bernie Fraser’s international career kicked off in 1979 in two unofficial tests against Argentina. By 1981 Bernie had formed a lethal partnership with close friend Wilson. This set the stage for their joint 1984 biography Ebony and Ivory. Bernie’s All Black career finished with 55 matches including 23 tests. Steve Mcdowell: At his best in the late 1980s Steve Mcdowell ranked amongst the world’s best loosehead props and among the finest in the position produced by New Zealand. Steve joined Auckland in 1985 and made his All Black test debut that year. By 1992 Steve had played 81 All Black matches including 46 tests.
