Do anybody have an idea of what happens with the population above 50.00 and Samui`s possibillity of having a city-status. I belive that everybody living on this island are waiting for this to happen, so the money that are created on Samui stay here to the benefit the community instead of beeing transfered to Surrathani.

Is it gona be a new election for a local goverment and a new administraton, or must we wait for permission from Surrathani to be independent?
